    anyone have any tips on how to cope with depression from dealing with stress?.....

    I'm so sorry about what you're going through right now. Reaching out to others to get support is a big step in feeling better.

    When life is stressful and not going so well, it can be difficult to feel good about anything. I've been through similar times, and I know how hard it can be. Talking with others about how you're feeling can help you get a new perspective on things.

    Finding ways to express your feelings can also be helpful in releasing tension. Do you have some favorite ways to express yourself? Maybe writing, painting, or even listening to music?

    I know there are better days ahead for you. We care about you! Let us know how you're doing.

    Here are some tips to cope with Depression and Anxiety.
    • Get checked out by your doctor
    • Don't abruptly cease medication
    • Work on managing stress
    • Connect with others
    • Find something you enjoy and do it
    • Exercise
    • Go outside in the sunlight
    • Distract yourself with activities
    • Tackle tasks in small increments
    • Don't push yourself too hard
    • Get enough sleep
    • Eat a balanced diet
    • Pray, meditate or do yoga
    • Cognitive-behavioral therapy
    • Call for help if your in crisis
