    Post not sure what to do anymore.........

    hey all........been awhile........i've gotton my self deep this time....... my gf is not following my advice which is cause me to be stressed along with depressed..... she has 0 confidence in herself no matter what i do. she recently tried to overdoes herself, which has me questioning wether or not i can trust her anymore that it wont happen again...... i've been in this long distance relationship for about a year now...... and lately i've started to have thoughts of cutting due to the stress of everything thats happened......i need advice before i do something stupid......and advice on how to help her along with how to make this relastionship work......please help.....
