Welcome to ReachOut B_h31! We're so glad that you've joined us here today!

It sounds like you're having some concerns right now about having unprotected sex. I saw in another post that you mentioned being scared about being pregnant. Any time you have unprotected sex, there is a possibility of getting pregnant. When used properly, condoms can be 98% effective in preventing pregnancy, as well as being really effective in preventing the contraction of STIs. Just something to think about for the next time. Since it was 4 days ago, it may be a bit early for a pregnancy test. Usually, you wait until your first missed period, and at that time, you can take a test at home (which you can buy at a local pharmacy or drug store), visit a doctor, or visit the family planning clinic.

I've included some really great links to resources below. I hope you'll take some time to read them over, because I think you'll find them really helpful!

Try to take a few deep breaths, and relax. It may be helpful at this time to find someone that you can talk with who you trust, and to take some time to relax. Taking walks, reading, writing, watching a favorite movie, arts, and crafting are just a few things that I find relaxing, and I'm sure you can think of some more! We're all here for you!
